- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Local Deliveries (Rohtak & Nearby Areas): 1-3 business days
- Other Cities (If Applicable): 3-7 business days
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer depending on the location.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery: Available for orders above ₹5000 (If applicable).
- Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 per order (varies based on location).
- Express Delivery (If Available): Additional charges apply for faster delivery
5. Order Tracking

8. Failed Delivery Attempts
- If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, our courier will attempt two more deliveries.
- If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. Customers may request re-shipping at an additional cost.
9. Change of Address
